A thousand good reasons to choose Raunsborg

Product development takes a long time when everything has to be developed from scratch, and one does not buy into a quick “prescription” for a standard product, like many beauty brands.

At Raunsborg it takes about a year for a new product to go from an idea on the drawing board to it being ready to launch on the shelf in your store. It sounds like a lot, but there are a lot of things that need to go up in a larger whole before a product is finished.

For example, did you know:
that our products are always tested by at least 100 test subjects before they can be launched? The test subjects rate the product and give it character. If the product doesn’t score more than 4 out of 5 possible points, with 1 being the lowest score and 5 the highest, then it’s “dumped,” and needs to go back to the lab, which corrects the prescription before the product is resubmitted for testing.

The product is assessed on the basis of several parameters; effect, texture, scent, how the product penetrates the skin feel on the skin, and are compared to a similar product that the test subject already uses.
