The delivery time is usually 3-4 working days. You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing the order. Once the order has been shipped from us, you will receive an email with order invoice and tracking number so that you can follow your order from shipment to delivery.
Administration of purchases and sales on www.raunsborg.com is handled by Raunsborg ApS, CVR no. 36 07 79 80. Orders are sent with GLS. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that GLS complies with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery. Raunsborg can not be held responsible for GLS delays.

Delivery to a private / home address requires that you are at home to receive the package in person. If no one is found at the address, the package will be delivered to a GLS parcel shop, and you will be notified where it can be picked up. If you choose the option that the package can be placed at the address, it is at your own risk and the package is considered delivered when it is dropped off.

For purchases over EURO 59,- including VAT, there is free shipping to with GLS home delivery.

Raunsborg receives payment with the payment cards shown. Payment will not be charged to your account before the order is shipped to you.
Raunsborg encrypts all your card information with the so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol via Bambora/Worldline. Raunsborg does not store your card details yourself, but passes it on to PBS/DIBS. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, starting from the day you receive your goods from us. From the date you have regretted your purchase and informed us by email to info@raunsborg.com, you have 14 days to return the purchase to us. If you apply the right of withdrawal and the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as on receipt, the entire invoice is credited, including the shipping costs. Return costs are at the customer’s own expense.
If you choose to undo a purchase, you can return the item even if you have used it. Once the item has been returned, we will assess any impairment of the item and then refund the purchase price less any impairment and shipping costs to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of the return yourself and you bear the risk of the item until we have received it. Refusal to receive the shipment does not apply as a right of withdrawal. If you refuse to receive the shipment, we may respaface it at your expense.

Raunsborg provides a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during the normal use of the goods. The warranty does not cover faults, injuries or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered by usual examination of the item, must be notified to Raunsborg within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or by agreement, possibly credit. In connection with complaints, Raunsborg bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Item return is also available to this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent per C.O.D. Return can also be made by refusing receipt or delivering the item in person with us. This is not a requirement, but the handling is facilitated if adequate information follows the package – e.g. copy of order confirmation or enclosed invoice and possibly copy of prior correspondence, etc.
If you want to make it extra easy for yourself, you can attach a copy of the standard performance form you used when asserting your right of withdrawal. It’s always attached to your order. Then we have all the necessary information and it facilitates the handling of your case.
Refunds are made to the registration number and account number used when ordering/paying.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) can be used to lodge a complaint. The purpose of the rules and portal is to provide consumers and businesses with easier access to resolve any cross-border disputes without having to go to court. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

No personal information recorded at Raunsborg is ever transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored in a safe manner and is only available to trusted employees at Raunsborg.
In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system, which is the E-label approved provider.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is just the term for a file that is stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to store its own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later date, this can be done through the browser settings. For example, internet explorer does this through the “Tools” menu and the “Internet Options” menu item.
During a purchase, we will requested a name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at Raunsborg in such a way that you can later log in and see/change the status.
