For generations, humans have gathered knowledge about nature’s own instruments in plants, herbs and flowers. Properties they used when healing wounds and pain should be relieved. This knowledge was passed on from generation to generation, but over time many of the old household councils were forgotten. But they still fascinate us.

Raunsborg has sought back to the wisdom of the past, and with inspiration from the century-old book on the properties of Nordic plants, Flora Danica (anno 1648), has brought the ancient knowledge to life. Assets from the Nordic nature are carefully selected for each product, to meet the desired characteristics of the product, and it is the Nordic nature that forms the basis of Raunsborg®.
