Hand Soap

Hand hygiene is an important and effective protection against infection!

Clean hands are the best protection against infection. Therefore, the only right way to break the chain of infection is to wash your hands thoroughly with water and mild soap many times a day. Use hand sanitiser on dry and visibly clean hands regularly after hand washing and when water is not available. Thorough washing with water and soap removes viruses and bacteria and provides clean hands.  Hand sanitiser kills them.
One method cannot replace the other, together they are most effective.

Proper handwashing of hands:

1. Hands and wrists are wet before applying soap
2. The soap is distributed on each finger, between the fingers, on the back of the hand, on the palm and around the wrist
3. Mechanical machining for at least 15 seconds
4. Rinse with cold/temperate water
5. Wiping with disposable towel
